Personal training at FlySpace S&C is an hour long, one-on-one or small group (up to three) session to take place at our location on the Upper West Side, in your home, or virtually.

 

An intense focus on high quality movement, i.e., form, is the bedrock of our approach. Proper movement helps prevent injury, assists in overcoming existing injuries, and keeps chronic pain at bay while allowing you to maximize your physical capabilities.

WE HELP ATHLETES OF ALL STRIPES—FROM DANCERS TO SINGERS, BROADWAY PERFORMERS TO MUSICIANS, BASEBALL PLAYERS TO ROWERS—BUILD STRENGTH, INCREASE CONDITIONING, AND REDUCE THEIR RISK OF INJURY.

 

Every strength and conditioning program is designed from scratch utilizing the most current research on your sport combined with an understanding of what you and/or your organization needs and values. Sound principles of exercise science as well as motor learning and control are at the heart of what we do.

 

Once designed we can deliver your program with in-person coaching, virtually through online coaching, or in a hybrid model consisting of in-person, virtual, and app-supported training or any combination thereof.

The FlySpace Performer Open Strength Hour is a weekly, hour long strength training class held every Tuesday at noon at our Upper West Side location. The goal of the class is to introduce you to sound strength training principles in order to help you incorporate them into your cross-training regimen. The class is limited to six available slots for two to three coaches so that each performer can receive individualized attention. You will learn to build strength, increase performance, and boost resiliency.
