Personal training at FlySpace S&C is an hour long, one-on-one or small group (up to three) session to take place at our location on the Upper West Side, in your home, or virtually.

 

An intense focus on high quality movement, i.e., form, is the bedrock of our approach. Proper movement helps prevent injury, assists in overcoming existing injuries, and keeps chronic pain at bay while allowing you to maximize your physical capabilities.

WE HELP ATHLETES OF ALL STRIPES—FROM DANCERS TO SINGERS, BROADWAY PERFORMERS TO MUSICIANS, BASEBALL PLAYERS TO ROWERS—BUILD STRENGTH, INCREASE CONDITIONING, AND REDUCE THEIR RISK OF INJURY.

 

Every strength and conditioning program is designed from scratch utilizing the most current research on your sport combined with an understanding of what you and/or your organization needs and values. Sound principles of exercise science as well as motor learning and control are at the heart of what we do.

 

Once designed we can deliver your program with in-person coaching, virtually through online coaching, or in a hybrid model consisting of in-person, virtual, and app-supported training or any combination thereof.
